Come experience Central's Exploits Valley region during one of its finest seasons: winter. The Mid Winter Bivver combines snowmobiling on some of Newfoundland's most renowned trails with high end culinary experiences. Start the weekend off right with the Friday Fun Run on Friday morning, a great ride through the country side.Everyone meets at "The Icebreaker" on Friday evening featuring traditional Newfoundland hospitality, gourmet food and live entertainment in a unique outdoor setting. On Saturday, suit up for the "Trail Mix" which will take you on a 150+ km snowmobile ride through untouched forests and top rated snowmobiling destinations in Newfoundland. Enjoy warm-up stops along the trail and a high end culinary experience offered by Executive Chefs. After a full day on the trail, we will be offering first class entertainment as well as another culinary experience: "The Foragers Feast"; a 5 course fine dinning experience topped with live local entertainment at the"Bivver Give'r Dance" and a silent auction.

Friday Fun Run Back Country Adventure

Spend the afternoon out of the trails surrounding beautiful Hodges Hills. Get a ride in that will prepare you for a weekend of snow, food, and fun. The ride begins and ends at the Riverfront Chalets. All Friday Fun Run ride participants will need a NL snowmobile trail pass. Visiting from away? A three-day trail pass option is available for purchased online at http://nlsfpermits.com
Tickets for the Friday Fun Run are TBA each are not included in the Full Meal Deal.
The ride will be leaving Riverfront Chalets on the TCH west of GF-W at 8:30am and will be returning at 2pm. It’s your responsibility to get there and on time. Going to be a great ride. We will be providing lunch for you. Just bring your preferred drink.

Friday, February 14 . The Meet and Greet will be starting at 7:00-11:00 Friday Night at the Ski Chalet on Scott Avenue The event will be buffet style and the bar will be open. There will also be a silent auction on site. It will be cash or cheque only . We'll have music by Three's a Crowd, along with fireworks and free skiing.
For those participants who are staying at any hotel here in town, there will be free cabs available and will start running at 6:30pm and will also bring people home if required.
Please bring confirmation of your ticket and register when you come in.

![]() "Trail Mix" Interpretive Snowmobile Ride
Saturday, February 15 8:30am - 4:30pm Saturday's feature event, the "Trail Mix", will take you on an adventurous 150+km snowmobile ride through untouched forests and top rated snowmobiling destinations paired with interpretation on historic trapping routes, food sourcing, geology and traditional winter skills. Executive Chefs will meet you on the trail with a decadent outdoor lunch with an assortment of gourmet dessert. The route will be subject to weather and snow conditions and will be announced the day of the event at registration. All trail ride participants will need a NL snowmobile trail pass. Visiting from away? A three-day trail pass option is available for purchased online at http://nlsfpermits.com All riders must sign a waiver and wear a helmet to participate in this event. The ride will be leaving from Maloney Street. ALL RIDERS must be offloaded and ready to go for 8:30 and registered by 8:45. Committee members will be there at 7:30 if you want to come register early. The ride will be leaving the parking lot at 9:00. Riders may have two options (depending on the time we reach lunch) and you don’t need to tell us till then. The first ride will be 155km and get you home around 2:30. If time permits an additional 125km will be offered that will take you till 4:30 or 5pm before you get home. Both options will be guided. Supper is cocktail at 6:30PM and starts at 7:00. |

Forager's Feast
Saturday, February 15 6:30pm Royal Canadian Legion, Queen Street
Ages 19+
Enjoy first class entertainment during Saturday evenings 5-course "Forager's Feast" event. Indulge in unique culinary dishes made with local ingredients by award-winning Executive Chefs. Dinner entertainment will be provided by TBA . A silent auction will be held during the feast to support the Exploits Trail Net volunteer group. Make sure to bring your dancing shoes as the evening will be topped with the "Bivver Give'r Dance", an evening of entertainment featuring live music from The Chris Ryan Band.
The "Bivver Give'r Dance" starts at 10:30pm at the Royal Canadian Legion on Queen Street. Public transportation will be provided to guests taking part in this event, departing all hotels in town at 5:30pm.
Doors will open at 6:30 and the supper will start at 7:00. Please bring tickets or confirmation of purchase. This is a 5 course meal and will run to 10:30-11pm. A dance will follow the meal till 1am. Taxis will be available to bring people home throughout the night (patience is required please as we have 3 cabs and 175 people).
There will be a silent auction and cash or cheque is required with no Visa/Mastercard option. There is NO ATM on site for the cash option.
